Review on Premium Garmin fenix 6 Sapphire Multisport GPS Watch: Mapping, Music, Pace Guidance & Pulse Ox Sensors by Amar Amar ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Full compliance with the manufacturer's assurances, high quality.

Who is this watch for: First of all, this is a men's watch. (pure appearance and weight) If you like to take things "with a margin", so that you have everything at once, the best of the best is your option. If you are a pro athlete, running long trails with the need to load a track in hours is also your option (although depending on the length of the trails, you can look at the X series, but this is not for ultras) In general, I recommend buying

Pros
  • The ultimate running device. Haven't used it in water since I don't swim. I was pleased with the flexibility of setting the date fields, I will say right away that for me 8 fields in version X are too much. it costs 6 fields to run, and that's a lot. Some statistics are not needed immediately. I used music a couple of times, I run races without it. In terms of music, I was pleased that you can, in principle, control music on your phone. A handy feature with garmin pay, helped out a couple of times. Scrolling widgets on one screen is a killer feature. Appearance is also top notch. They sit comfortably on the wrist, but for lovers of light watches or lovely ladies, I would recommend Fenix 6S pro or Forerunners. I took these because I wanted to use the watch not only for running, but also for everyday wear. They cope with this task. By autonomy, I charge once a week, while charging never dropped below 40%. This is with several running workouts, HR monitoring is always on, notifications are on, the backlight is on when raising the wrist, running is usually without music Switched to a push-button interface from a touch watch. It became more convenient. You get used to it quickly. The interface itself is convenient in its basic operations (start / stop training, statistics, etc.). Running statistics are redundant for me, but I'm not about an athlete, just an amateur. The application is very cool, both for the phone and for the wab interface. garmin express is not very convenient, but it’s good that you don’t have to use it often - you downloaded the necessary maps and that’s it. It's strange that you can't delete pre-installed maps. That is, it is possible, they will be loaded when connected. The app store, widgets and watch faces are not plentiful, but everything you need is there.
Cons
  • Of course the cost. I collected 5 thousand in a separate piggy bank. Original accessories cost like a "wing from a Boeing" Straps of 3-4 sput, Garmin, are you serious?
