Great pastry brush!
Love this pastry brush. None of the hairs come off. It is a little wide for what I was looking for but since it comes in several sizes you can get a little bit smaller one. Definitely recommend. I use all the time.
- Does what it should and no loose strands! Would buy again.
- May not be suitable for use with delicate pastries
