Driving on the tire is not at all comfortable. On the Porsche Cayenne Turbo or comparable sport utility cars, I believe it will work well. I do not, however, suggest it for a regular vehicle and a smooth ride. 20" wheels are on my Range Rover Velar. Even Michelin's winter Velcro is a lot softer and quieter now. Hardness of the steering wheel. It got more difficult to turn. There is an extremely loud noise coming from behind the wheels when traveling at 60 to 70 km/h. The car begins to rumble at speeds between 100 and 120 km/h. For me, it makes driving quite challenging.
