It is very quiet, easy to put together and has a cpr pull!

Awesome! I'm so thankful to be able to get a higher quality mattress. It's very quiet and comfortable. That's my review!

Pros
  • ULTRA QUIET PUMP: This hospital grade air mattress has an ultra quiet air pump that operates at less than 20 dB. Dual pump cores provide maximum output and an easy to use digital adjustment. Our digital pump with diagnostic alarms allows customization to individual patients’ needs.
Cons
  • Bed frame compatibility issues.

Great pressure relief mattress for the price

So my old pressure relief mattresses pump died & hence I woke up in the middle of the night on the springs. I was already on wound care as I'm a Paraplegic with a history of pressure sores but at the time I didn't have an open wound on my hips or butt area so they refused to cover a new pump or even service the old one. That left me with little choice but to but a new alternating pressure relief mattress and pump. After looking all over online at outrageous prices, I finally came across this…

Pros
  • Pressure Mattresses & Pumps
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions.

Poor mattress in my review

I bought this mattress and within a month it broke. The machine that makes the mattress hold air stopped working one night during the night. I was stuck trying to figure it for my quadriplegic husband. It caused him to have a bedsore because of the lack of air circulation it said it would do and didn’t. It took me months too heal it. I tried to return it but I missed the window because I lost my mom in the middle of the window opportunity they give you.

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • Issues with air leakage.

Easy to Use/Comfortable

I bought this mattress to replace one that did not work out for me, so I was skeptical going a few Hundred Dollars more for one that made the same claims. The one difference that caught my eye though was being able to adjust the bed based on the weight of the person using it. Well, I've been sleeping on it for a few weeks and I am won over! I have hated having to use this type of mattress because they've never been comfortable, but no more. Not only does it let you set to your weight, but it…

Pros
  • unisex-adult
Cons
  • Not suitable for heavy-set individuals.

Awesome buy on my review.

I bought this for my brother that has to have an air bed. This thing is amazing and worked perfectly for him and he is 300lbs! Thank you for a great product!

Pros
  • Nothing to dislike! Saved some expense of purchasing a hospital bed!
Cons
  • This mattress worked well for my mother for 90 days, then stopped working. Would not recommend.

Just as good as the hospital version

Purchased for my mother-in-law who has severe spinal issues and cannot walk. She suffers from bed sores and this does a wonderful job of shifting pressure. Just as good as the one she had at the hospital!

Pros
  • B07FKX7VS1
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals who prefer firmer mattresses.

Extraordinary quality for the price

Extraordinary quality for the price. This bed was perfect to take care of my husband. The air movement was very comforting and relaxing for him

Pros
  • The firm option of this mattress is designed to provide maximum support and stability, helping to alleviate pressure points and reducing the risk of bed sores in patients who are bedridden or have limited mobility
Cons
  • May cause discomfort due to excessive motion transfer

I regret having bought it.

I had another inflatable mattress (Drive Medical Med Aire) with that mattress I did not have any pressure ulcers and I bought this one because it had more features such as that it provides up to 24 hours of protection against power outages. But with this one I have deep pressure sores that I can't heal. I am very, very frustrated with this purchase and sadly I don't know what to do.I cannot recommend it.

Pros
  • The alarm system built into the mattress ensures that you are alerted if there is a problem with the pressure, making it a safe option for those with mobility issues or other health concerns
Cons
  • Overkill for users who do not require all the features that it offers.

Very happy and satisfied

Extremely quiet compared to air mattresses at some rehab facilities. Stays in place regardless of the raised/lowered positions I use on my Medicare hospital bed. Is helping heal bedsores, so worth every penny. Due to my mobility issues, can be a challenge getting into or out of bed--but would buy again if necessary.

Pros
  • Easy to operated,
Cons
  • High maintenance cost due to frequent cleaning requirements.

Perfect for mom best in my review

This mattress is a God send. ZERO issues with pressure sores. I keep the setting on a 6 min rotation and it's working perfectly for my bed ridden mother.

Pros
  • SAFE, FAST & EASY: This mattress and pump system is simple to use and inflates quickly. Uses an intuitive digital LED screen that displays weight and pressure. This product also contains ab emergency CPR function that lets you deflate the mattress within a second by pulling the red tag.
Cons
  • Remote control needs to be well-maintained or replaced frequently.

Comfort is key on my review.

My husband wanted this mattress because he needed to have a hospital bed. He’s Ill and couldn’t move much. He had heard of this mattress to prevent bed sores and for its comfort. Before he bought this mattress the bed was far from comfortable. Now it is comfortable for someone that must be in bed most the time.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • The quilted cover may cause allergies to some individuals.

great for paraplegics who are at risk of pressure sores

expensive product being $700 after shipping, but for paraplegics or people who are at risk of pressure sores, this is a product i would highly recommend, trust me getting this and spending $700 now is alot better than getting a pressure sore and a bone infection and spending time in the hospital and risking have to spend thousands because of pressure sores, even if your insurance covers it its best to avoid making them spend that much and that money can go to help other people, i would really…

Pros
  • 80 x 36 x 8 inches; 28 Pounds
Cons
  • Cannot be used for extended periods beyond the recommended time.

The system is very close to the ones in the hospital

My daughter bought this air mattress for me because I was getting a bed sore. It has healed well. The bed system is not noisy and I have adjusted to the bed. It’s a fine product.

Pros
  • July 13, 2018
Cons
  • Requires an adequate power source to operate.

Great Service & Quality Product

I purchased this product based on my research showing it to be the most beneficial for use in managing decubiti. It will be used in an out-of-country facility which has a high incidence of bed sores, and my travel schedule required that it be delivered in a specific time frame and place. Not only did the folks at MedAir deliver it as directed, but they also provided a local contact, should I need assistance in set-up. Impressive!

Pros
  • China
Cons
  • The mattress may sag over time leading to disrupted sleep.

Great bed for prevention of pressure sores

The only thing that wasn’t good was the remote control. They sent another one immediately. I give them a 5 star! Excellent bed! I am paralyzed from T9. Was bedbound for almost 2 years with 3 surgeries and 4 hospital stays. After ordering this bed, NO more sores!

Pros
  • The MedAir Low Air Loss Mattress Replacement System is equipped with a digital remote control, making it extremely easy to operate and adjust the settings to your comfort level
Cons
  • Inconvenient to use and maintain for caregivers.

not a very good mattress

1st and most important is having a remote control that is that is infrared. for infrared to work you have to have direct site which if you are a patient which I am hanging the pump on the frame of the bed or the footboard the remote control does not work that is my main complaint if you make the remote control radio frequency then it would work OK.

Pros
  • Nice feel and good fit to hospital style bed.
Cons
  • Did not Alternate air
