My 2+ year old looks forward to using his "spelling” actually ask to do spell. It’s a fun way for children to build on their vocabulary.

Great toy to have for younger kids

This is basically a red base, with cards and letters. You choose a card and can place it behind a blocker to hide the word or in front. Then there are spaces on the base for the letter tiles to be placed. Generally, you will start with the word easy to see. Your kid will then copy the letters to make a matching word for the card on the base. After they are good at that, you can start hiding the word and see if they can build something close to the word.I also used this just as sight-words. I…
