In my case, I wear a compression shirt under it and that seems to help a lot with the comfort. I can wear it all day. Also, it is tight so it acts as an extra layer of skin to keep you warm. It was perfect wearing it during my motorcycle rides.

The comfort level was great until 4 hours in and the "wites" started cutting into my back. It gave great back support and alleviated a lot of my lower back pain. I purchased this to help me with posture as I sit all day at work and find myself leaning over more than I prefer. At first I didn't understand the way it worked, but quickly realized that you have to fasten the snaps which are very strong BEFORE putting it on. Once they are all snapped just slide over head and body and voila! Great product!
