4 stars instead of 5 b/c no drain stopper included

This hardware looks adorable in our bathroom, however I think they should include drain stopper like all other sink hardware you purchase, so the matte black color is matched everywhere and so you have a fresh stopper. the other sinks we purchased for the house all came with this. The faucet works and pivots which is always nice, looks adorable, but I do need to go to Lowe's now and spend more money buying a black stopper so the entire bathroom sink coordinates. if it came with that I'd have…

DO NOT PURCHASE!: my feedback

Once installed, if you turn the water on all the way, the bent part that the water comes out of POPS OFF! And then water shoots out straight up and then you have a mess on your hands. If you can teach every one in your household to only turn it on half way then SURE. go ahead and get it. BUT WHY? When you can get NON DEFECTIVE ONES FOR THE SAME PRICE! This product should be recalled!

Nicer than expected

After reading other reviews, I decided to try this faucet. I was surprised at how nice it is. I love the shape of the neck better than the traditional gooseneck that I was replacing. The brushed nickel matches perfectly with my other accessories. Installation was the easiest plumbing job I have ever tackled.

Didn’t come with all the parts needed. That's my feedback! Too bad we took so long to open the box since I cannot return it now

Great product good for me

This beautiful faucet not only has looks but is functional and easy to use. We are so glad we purchased it. It was easy to install even tho the directions weren't in the box for guidance. Got on YouTube for instructions and had no problem. For a faucet, it really is pretty. Sincerely happy we purchased it.
