Computer monitor linkages

they work well, but I waisted time on the free monitor pick-up, then spent more electric miles, came back to the house. Ordered it online. Ended up being back order after. Bad data, that someone created to lie by amounts put up, and or stole. Long story short, by the time I got them, I realized the monitor sucked. Used Amazon and ordered a different one, and had it in use by the time I got the darn product. But I was able to return it to no problem, being bang boom. They’re good, but there’s…

Pros
  • Great purchase, before the last 30 years products didn’t need to be much faster..!
Cons
  • I don’t have anything they go on that I’m willing to keep and use. My eyes hurt with the screen they went to.. lol, seriously though, gave me a headache without the blue-light background too..!

Purple cast in the picture. Malfunction!

I had problems with this cable almost immediately. Probably in the first few weeks. If you bend the cable and put it near the connector, you can get rid of the purple tint, but over time it will return. Don't waste money. I am now buying another brand and need to remove the 20ft cable cover to replace the cable. So frustrating! Why is it so hard to buy working products?!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Can't remember

very good for the price

My HP Envy is networked with my home theater and I have a Logitech wireless keyboard. Until I get a better graphics card (GPU) with HDMI output, I need to use a VGA cable for HDTV and a Toslink optical line to send audio to the receiver. computer in bedroom; Home theater and HDTV in the living room. I have a passive VGA splitter (which works great over short distances) in the bedroom that goes to the monitor and the VGA cable to the living room needed an extension because I've moved. This works

* UPDATE: Excellent Male to Female VGA Extension Cable

? In this review I was asked to rate this product from 1 to 5 stars for ease of use and sound quality - I have no idea why as this is a purely visual product. another 15 foot VGA cable connecting my laptop to my 46 inch LCD TV. I'd say I'm very picky when it comes to audio/video quality ratings and yet I find the picture almost PERFECT. It does what it's supposed to do with no noticeable degradation in image quality or "noise". The construction looks solid and at the same time not too stiff. I…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Cable shorter than other options

Brand Quality - Bargain Price

Belkin is not well known to consumers but makes a fairly wide range of products. cables for routers. I have never been disappointed with any of their products which offer pretty reliable value. This cable is another of those products. However, a simple product (VGA extender) should work reliably. This cable was pretty much the cheapest available - and as expected it works well at higher resolutions. I would buy as many as needed with no regrets or remorse.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Safety

Goodbye. Not recommended

It was nice to finally have a VGA extension, but I had a little problem with this particular extension. It's hard to explain, but the image projection had a little problem keeping the right resolution. He didn't mess around too much, but in the end he got the job done. This will probably be the first product I give 3 stars or higher and do not recommend to the buyer. I mean for me it did the job and did what it was advertised to do but for the price and the actual quality of the chord I don't…

Affordable VGA Cable

They don't have the same thickness as some of the more expensive "Monster" or "Kramer" VGA cables, but in terms of use for small computer setups they are ideal, much i sometimes find that big and bulky cables don't bend or flex like these thinner guys. I know this is to ensure they don't kink or go short, but the weight of more expensive and bulky cables tends to wear down. As for the VGA port it plugs into, I've worn through two graphics cards on my PC over the years and couldn't be sure, but…

Good cable, used for VGA extender

I need a male/female cable to use with the VGA extender. It was only when I saw the cable that I realized that the fastening pins actually prevent the cable from being plugged in, since no VGA socket is suitable for this. I decided to risk a hacksaw and successfully (and easily) removed the posts from the female end. Racks are only required when used as actual extensions to avoid cable breaks. That worked great for my application.

Pros
  • understandable also for the old one
Cons
  • Not trendy

Inexpensive VGA cable

They're not as thick as the more expensive "Monster" or "Kramer" VGA cables, but in terms of use for small computer setups, they're ideal, I often find large and bulky ones Cable. Don't kink or bend like these skinny guys. I know this is done to avoid kinks or shorts, but the weight of more expensive and bulky cables tends to fray on the VGA port it plugs into. I've had two graphics cards that have worn out on my PC over the years, and I'm not sure, but I'd put part of the reason down to bulky…

Pros
  • The Flextec cable jacket is very strong and extremely flexible for use in the tightest of spaces.

Good choice for cables and connections

It was black instead of white which was great. Attaches easily. Pins aligned, ends matched, it was quick. I bought this along with Aluratek AVSO 2 to 4 VGA Video Spliter for my 2003 Emachines desktop. A year ago I stopped using cable TV. Online options are superior to cable TV. I cloned a large flat LCD monitor to my bulky desktop monitor to get some clearance. I decided to use an amplifying splitter. I don't have space issues and can move the flat screen while keeping the keyboard and mouse on

Pros
  • A DB15 socket on the second side
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
