Really sharp - my new review

This cutter is super sharp so definitely be careful when using. I use this for work and a coworker borrowed it, not knowing it was sharp and ended up needing stitches, but we found out that this does cut through finger nails. When it comes to cutting into boxes, you don't have to apply too much pressure, this knife cuts through it like butter. I've even used this to cut a variety of ropes, zip ties, rubber bands and even fabric straps. No matter what I use this knife for, it cuts through it without having to saw through, but this also depends on thickness of the material you're cutting. When it says it comes with extra blades, it comes with extra blades. When it first arrived, I was going to load the handle with some extra blades so I had them but when I opened it, there were already blades inside, along with what was in the plastic box that had the other extra blades. Since getting this a few weeks ago, I have yet had to change the blade or even switch it to the other side. When it's folded down, it fits in my pocket. Lightweight and definitely portable.

Pros
  • I hate box cutters. This one rocked. Love the blade
Cons
  • The knife may not have a built-in blade disposal system, causing a messy cleanup
