A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

Some pros:
Great vitamins for intense workouts. I have been drinking for the second year, they perfectly compensate for the lack of vitamins with a high-protein diet.
With its cons:
For some, the tablets may be too large and may not be comfortable to swallow. I don't have such a problem.

There is a nuance, there is no iron in the composition, you need to drink separately.
