When writing arrays of small files, format flash devices to NTFS in blocks of 16–32 KB to get the greatest speed. Though even a 4 kb file will be recorded in a 16 or 32 kb block, this considerably increases the recording pace. Despite some flash drive volume compromises, it is highly beneficial for writing enormous volumes of little data and for large flash drives. The test results, formatted in 16kb blocks, are shown in the screenshot; towards the bottom, the write speed outpaces even the read speed. That is how I'll leave it.
