I am very disappointed that I cannot return this sweater. I order youth 14/16 for my son who is 13, they don't fit at all, too small. It doesn't even fit my 9 year old. I'm trying to print a label to return this as I can't use it, but I couldn't. I'm trying to send it to my email and again I can't. I ask them to send me a label even though it should have cost me a dollar and nothing but more than a month has passed. So disappointed. So note that YL 14/16 is really small, it should actually be 4T.
