Discouraging AUHEGN experience

I was eager to test out AUHEGN's selection of trendy things because I am an accomplished DIYer. My interaction with the business, however, was negative. The products didn't live up to my expectations, despite their promise to be a destination for fashion for the contemporary woman. First of all, the products' quality was poor. The jewelry lacked the grace and finesse I was anticipating, and the clothing and shoes were lightweight and cheaply manufactured. The intimate clothing was impossible to wear because it was unpleasant and ill-fitting. Second, it was challenging to navigate the website. It was difficult to understand what I was buying because the product descriptions were ambiguous. Due to hidden costs throughout the checkout procedure, I paid more than I had expected to. Last but not least, the customer service was unreachable and unhelpful. I attempted to return the products, but I was treated with an absence of sympathy and comprehension. They waited weeks to process my return, which left me out of pocket and angry. In conclusion, based on my experience, I am unable to endorse AUHEGN. The website is challenging to use, the products are of poor quality, and the customer service is unresponsive. I am an expert in DIY, so I am aware of what to look for in a fashion brand. Sadly, AUHEGN fell short in every way.
