Review on Stay Cozy And Stylish With Roiii Women'S Winter Parka Jacket In Plus Size by Ronnie Dunn

Really cute & warm: my feedback

I'd been looking for a jacket that was similar to a maternity coat I got last year which no longer fits me *at all* because I'm now postpartum. I saw this and loved how it looked. It came exactly as pictured. I ended up sizing up to a L rather than a M like I would normally do when buying on Best Buy. In real life I'm a size S/2-6 (5'5 and 131lbs) depending on the brand, but Asian sizing usually means I'm better off with an M for standard clothes. But in coats, I often go up one more size so that I can wear them with even the bulkiest of sweaters or layers and so that the sleeves aren't too short. It's *slightly* big on me, but as that's somewhat on trend right now, I don't look like I'm wearing someone else's clothes. This package came quickly and I must say that it wasn't vacuum packed like a lot of people complained about in the reviews. So, it literally looked full (and not wrinkly—although a steamer will take care of that) when I pulled it out the package. The hood is extra deep which is amazing, but as others have said, if you want that fur trim look, you need to fold back the hood. But you'll still have a full hood when you do that. The fluffy fur is just trim as the rest isn't quite as full. The only part that feels "cheap" or thin on the jacket are the pockets because they're not lined. So, if you're going to wear this in the winter, you'll need gloves as those pockets are just the outer shell which would be very thin and do nothing to keep out the cold. However, the rest of the coat is fully lined and very warm. I'm excited to try this out in a few days when the weather dips again.

Pros
  • Designed to flatter all body types and shapes
Cons
  • The coat is stiff and uncomfortable to move in
