Review on Get your Link on with Ya-cos Cosplay Hooded Hyrule Warriors Jacket – Green Zipper Coat by Steve Douglas

Brilliant idea, poor implementation

UPDATE: Since I didn't have much time to finish Link's costume for my son, I saved the sweatshirt. I ended up cutting and hemming the sleeves and it turned out very cool. With short sleeves it fits my 8 year old much better (and looks more like Link's tunic). I gave an extra star because the hoodie turned out great with the changes, but expect the possibility of quality control issues. ORIGINAL REVIEW: There seems to be a lot of confusion about the sizing of this sweatshirt and a lot of mixed reviews about the quality - so I'll try to clear the air.1. This sweatshirt is definitely NOT suitable for average sized children under 12 years old. My son wears a size 10 (big kid is big) and the small size is huge for him. 2. The sweatshirt is poorly made. At first glance, I see strange thread colors that don't match the colors of the fabric and some places where the thread is loose or tangled. It looks like someone hand-sewn the sweatshirt and tripped in several places. The strangest thing is the length of the arms. The sweatshirt is cut longer to mimic Link's tunic and for some reason the arms are as long as the body; This means hands will be grouped if you want your hands to be visible. The idea behind this sweatshirt is brilliant but the end result is a huge disappointment. I personally wouldn't do it, but your experience may differ from mine.
