To redeem the money back guarantee, you have to have a mechanic written note mailed to the company and then in 6-8 weeks, they will decide if you qualify for a refund. Nobody in their right mind is going to pay a mechanic $100 to write a letter for a $9 bottle of stop leak. I have a slow dripping rear main seal leak and have driven about 400 miles. I added half the bottle as recommended when I performed an oil change with thicker weight oil to further prevent the leak. Sprayed the bottom of the engine with degreaser and a pressure washer and today, I was under the car changing a slave cylinder and engine was still soaked with oil. Maybe even worse than before. THESE PRODUCTS DONT WORK. Learned my lesson.
