Unfortunately, I had a negative shopping experience with ARTTHOME's online store. Although their product selection is great, the overall experience might have been lot better. First of all, I had trouble navigating the website. Finding particular products was difficult because the search tool was not obvious. Making informed purchasing selections was challenging due to the lack of comprehensive product descriptions. The checkout procedure was very challenging and complicated. I was unable to complete my transaction due to technical issues, which resulted in unneeded delays and anxiety. Finally, after the things arrived, I was disappointed in their quality. Although they had a lovely appearance, they were not as strong or useful as I had imagined. Given the expensive price tag, it was disheartening that some of the goods arrived cracked or scratched. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the online shop for ARTTHOME. Although I appreciate their dedication to both elegance and usefulness, the total experience fell short of what I had hoped for. Based on my experience, I'd be hesitant to advise others to shop at this establishment.
