Review on OCEANBROAD by Samuel Bowen

I was hoping OCEANBROAD would live up to my expectations as a seasoned kayaker and water activities enthusiast. The quality of their offerings and support fell short of my expectations. Their kayak and water sport equipment variety is extensive, but the quality is not commensurate with the price. The kayaks seem cheaply made and leak easily, and the rest of the gear seems flimsy and unstable as well. Furthermore, the quality of their customer support has been subpar. I had some issues with my purchases and called customer service, but they were unhelpful and dismissive. It's obvious that OCEANBROAD cares more about making money than satisfying its clients. As someone who enjoys water activities on a regular basis, my experience with OCEANBROAD has been less than satisfactory.
