Revised: The company reached out and quickly made this right. They were able to refund my money and did so really quickly. Thank you!We ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She was so excited and when my husband tried to put it together the parts were defective and we couldn’t get them to screw in. Had to repack the whole thing into the box and send it back before even getting a refund. Now we have to wait for the refund before we can order a new one. Not a happy customer!
