Review on HAYEAR by Patrick Gibb

I had a terrible purchasing experience at HAYEAR and I'm a Product Manager. At first, I was excited about their assortment of electronics, cameras, binoculars, and scopes, but the experience was far below what I had anticipated. Their website is crowded and challenging to use, to start. Finding what I was searching for proved to be challenging, and even when I did, the product descriptions were poor, leaving me with more questions than answers. Even worse, the goods themselves fell short of expectations. At best, the optics were subpar, and the circuitry were rife with glitches that made them difficult to operate. And let's not even begin to discuss their customer care. It was hardly there at all! I contacted them several times with queries and worries, but I never heard back. It appeared as though they had no regard for their clients. Overall, I was very disappointed with HAYEAR. I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality devices and optics to shop at this website. Avoid the hassle by shopping somewhere else.
