Purchasing from ENCAVY's Website is a Major Letdown

When I heard about ENCAVY's online store, I was thrilled because it claimed to carry a wide variety of interesting and high-quality items for the home and kitchen as well as decorative items and dried and preserved plants, which I love to collect. However, the ENCAVY web store left a lot to be disliked in my opinion. First and foremost, the website was complicated to use; there were a lot of different options for different things, and it was not always obvious whether or not a given item was in stock. The checkout process was just as annoying, with slow-loading pages and error messages that left me uncertain as to whether or not my purchase had gone through. Worse, when my shipment eventually arrived, I discovered that the products I had ordered were not of the high quality I had been led to believe they would be. The dried and preserved flowers appeared old and discolored, and the home decor items were poorly manufactured and looked cheap. Unfortunately, I was met with unresponsive and unhelpful representatives when I called customer support to voice my displeasure and ask for a refund or exchange. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with ENCAVY's online store and would strongly advise against making any purchases from this firm. A frustrating and unsatisfactory purchasing experience was the result of a confusing website, a tedious checkout process, and poor-quality goods.

Pros
  • a straightforward and well-organized design that makes the internet store easy to use.
