Disappointed by the inconsistent quality and subpar customer service of Haicable

I was delighted to find Haicable's online store as a foreign customer because it provided a large selection of tools at reasonable rates. My interactions with their merchandise and customer care, however, were generally disappointing. Although some of the instruments I bought were of reasonable quality, others were shoddyly constructed and disintegrated after only a few uses. I had problems with shipping and arrival as well, which frustrated me and caused needless delays. To make things worse, I received little to no assistance when I asked Haicable's customer service department for help. They didn't respond to my questions and didn't give me an acceptable answer. Overall, Haicable's inconsistent quality and subpar customer support left me unsatisfied. I had hoped for a trustworthy and dependable tool provider as a foreign client, but sadly Haicable fell short of my expectations. They are not something I'd suggest to others.
