YaeTek experience was disappointing
I purchased a package of hand tools from YaeTek, and it was incomplete when it was delivered. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I called them. Just to get a refund, it took weeks of back and forth correspondence. I wouldn't suggest YaeTek to anyone searching for trustworthy equipment or exceptional customer support.
