Review on Wanxing by Chris Crawford

Although Wanxing offers a wide variety of products, I was disappointed by the quality of their customer service. I waited a very long time to hear back from customer support when I emailed them a query regarding a product. The merchandise was slightly damaged upon arrival, and the delivery time was far longer than I had anticipated. The thing itself was of high quality, but I was otherwise unsatisfied with my purchase. I'm hoping that in the future Wanxing will be able to provide better service to their clients so that they have a better purchasing experience.
