Using AUHEGN was a disastrous ordeal for me. They present themselves as a hub for cutting-edge women's fashion, but I didn't find their offerings very inspiring or well-made. The apparel and footwear were poorly constructed, and they quickly wore out. Intimate clothes and jewelry were both unpolished and uncomfortable. I was dismayed to find that not a single item met my high standards. The website's poor loading times and confusing interface didn't help matters. The sizing charts and product explanations left a lot to be desired. It took a long time to check out, and I ended up spending more money than I had planned because of unexpected charges. I tried contacting customer service, but they were rude and unhelpful when I called. They did not care about my concerns and did not respond to my issues. I was discouraged and alone as a result. In sum, AUHEGN is not something I would suggest to anyone. The quality of their goods is low, their website is difficult to navigate, and their support staff is rude. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I can state with certainty that this was the worst service I've ever received.
