Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5, black by Agata Tkaczyk ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Think twice before buying - product is disgusting.

Pulse oximeter - lies like a gray gelding (tested in comparison with real instrument). The pulse count is not accurate (checked in comparison between a chest heart rate monitor and a watch). Steps counts as he wants; at night in a dream has 200-300 steps; per day a few extra miles; true at constant uniform walking, the calculation is more or less accurate. Player control - yes it works, but it's not very convenient. screen then microscopic! As long as you aim, as long as it fires. Sleep considers something there, but what is the practical use of this information? Well, there was 1.5 hours of REM sleep, so what? Smart the alarm always goes off at the set time, not at range. And it continues to wake up even when you are already up. I had to turn off the auto-scroll of the menus, otherwise it would start carousel (washing dishes, brushing teeth, etc.). Interchangeable there seem to be a lot of dials, but they are not very informative, monotonous and it was hard to find the right one. Auto-on display always works when not needed and not always when needed. To whom he shows the time under his sleeve shirts? Notifications are unclear from where, but something is there can be disassembled. No two-way sync between smart and bracelet. If you walked around with a phone and "Health" counted the steps, then when you connect the bracelet, this information is not transmitted to the bracelet and it counts the steps separately. There is no way to set the stride length. During training with GPS does not turn on autopause, which is in all sports programs. Sorry if I forgot to mention another bug. But apart from There are almost no bugs and absurdities in this device. And soon you will also get an ECG on wearables devices. Find out first: how many doctors can decipher the ECG? It's good that I didn't buy a Huawei fit, which is essentially the same the most with a slightly larger screen, but four times more expensive. Conclusion: useless device. Go for the kids to play. The only progress compared to miband2 is visible on street display.

Pros
  • - color amoled screen - counts steps relatively accurately in continuous walking mode
Cons
  • - all the rest Comment: My second attempt to enter the wearable electronics market and see some benefit in it. I must say right away: the attempt was unsuccessful. The deception lies already on the packaging of the product, where they promise "Large AMOLED Screen", but in fact there is a tiny display ~ 1x2 cm, despite the fact that the panel dimensions made it possible to insert a much larger display and get rid of the useless touch button. Extremely uncomfortable strap. Could not copy from miband? Hellish registration in the program "Health". Extra long transfer and install ates on the bracelet. After ate bracelet cannot reconnect to the smartphone, you have to add as a new device. After turning off bluetooth smart - the same story. No auto-connect. The bracelet is not even displayed in the list of connected bluetooth devices. brake interface. There is no way to take a step back although there are nested menus. Useless functionality.

I chose between this bracelet and Mi band 5. Honor liked the design more.
