I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience shopping at ToLanbbt because I am an expert in the area of event and home supplies. Although they had a large variety, the products' quality was poor, with flimsy materials and unattractive designs that left a lot to be desired. Additionally, the customer support was ineffective and lacked the knowledge necessary to give customers useful recommendations. My attempts to express my concerns about the goods' quality were met with dismissal and a lack of interest on their part. Also disappointing was the delivery. Numerous items were damaged during transit as a result of the products' poor packaging and much later than anticipated arrival. Overall, I am unable to endorse ToLanbbt as a trustworthy web retailer of goods for the home and events. Shopping with them is stressful due to their subpar goods, unhelpful customer service, and shoddy shipping methods. I advise customers to seek elsewhere for their home and event needs as a subject matter expert.
