Major Issues with GAKA's Product Quality and Customer Service

As a product manager, I have some significant reservations about the caliber of GAKA's offerings and customer support. Although they provide a broad range of games, toys, and party supplies, their goods frequently fall short of expectations. To put it mildly, the quality of the products I got was disappointing. The party supplies were flimsy and easily damaged, the decorations appeared cheap, and the toys and activities were of poor quality. When attempting to organize a party and make it memorable for your guests, it's not what you want to see. Additionally, their customer support was quite lacking. I had a few inquiries about their goods and delivery, but it took eons for their customer support staff to get back to me. When I did eventually get through to them, the responses were vague and useless. They didn't try to make things right or make my experience better. In conclusion, GAKA has a lot of promise as a one-stop store for party supplies, but there are significant issues with their product quality and customer service. I would advise looking elsewhere for your party requirements until they can resolve these problems.
