Review on Unidapt by Todd Wigfall

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Unfortunately, Unidapt does not measure up to the standards of other electrical solution providers.

I decided to give Unidapt a shot for some of my electrical requirements not too long ago, but I was ultimately dissatisfied with the service. Although they offer a diverse selection of products, the quality of those products is not on par with that of other businesses that I have dealt with in the past. The products I bought gave off the impression of being manufactured on the cheap. Additionally, there was a problem with the customer support. I had a question about one of the products, so I contacted their support staff; however, it took several days for me to receive a response to my question. After what seemed like an eternity, I was finally given a response, but the explanation was in no way helpful. In addition, the website is difficult to traverse, which made it challenging for me to locate the products that I required. The feeling of being surrounded by too much stuff and having too little time was stressful, which made purchasing difficult. In general, I would not recommend Unidapt to anyone looking for a business that provides electrical solutions. Although they might sell some products that are effective for some customers, in my view it is not worth the trouble and disappointment to deal with them. There are other businesses out there that provide a higher level of service to their customers and produce products of a higher standard.

Pros
  • Service to customers is superb.
Cons
  • The website may have too much content.
