Fits me and only requires the 2 small rotating parts from the kit. I used the VIVO speaker mount to mount the Vizio SB4551-D5 45" SmartCast 5.1 channel soundbar to the Vizio M55-D0. I installed it on a 32" TCL Roku TV and Roku branded soundbar. Align them with the screw holes on the soundbar when using all four screw holes on the TV. I didn't want to just attach the bracket to the TV's two screw holes so that it would reach the soundbar's screw holes. Instructions seemed very detailed but ironically didn't match what I wanted to do. It's just a matter of attaching directly to the vesa holes, but I wanted to mount it to my TV's swing frame. As an engineer myself, I must admit that it would be difficult to meet the demand for "universal" adaptability of this product. For example, the Roku Soundbar I connected to my 40" TV requires two ¼" x 0.5" 20" mounting screws. Since the VESA standard is metric, it's no wonder these screws weren't included with VIVO. I bought this to install a 29" Vizio soundbar on a 40" Vizio TV. It's the smallest soundbar that Vizio makes, and it's a relatively small TV (in the 23-65-inch range that the description lists).
