Very durable. Small area but stable. Not too hard. I simply installed the pivoting nozzle to achieve landscape to portrait movement for TV/monitor. It's as easy as raising or lowering a TV/monitor. I tried two other stands and the stands themselves added such weight that even a strong person needed two people to lift the TV/monitor to a height. You can also buy a stand with wheels OR with legs/cushions.

I loved this product but was quickly disappointed. It seemed easy enough to assemble, but there wasn't a good way to install the mount. There were no extra screws and when the threads on one of the screws came loose I had no choice but to return the item.
