Not Worth Your Money

This ballhead was a huge disappointment .The quick-release mechanism kept getting stuck and was difficult to use. The overall build quality was lacking and the ball movement felt JERKY and unstable. The only upside was its compact size but even that couldnt make up for its poor performance. Save your money and invest in a better quality ballhead from a reputable Electronics company..

Pros
  • Smooth and stable movement due to ballhead design
Cons
  • The knob for tightening the ballhead can be difficult to reach in certain positions

Serviceable ballhead

Lightweight ballhead. I wouldn't put more than a balanced few pounds on it. A single locking handle with no friction control means you must be ready to support the load immediately after unlocking. When unlocking, the locking handle slightly binds, which causes a sudden tension when released. The range of motion is good, forward and backward movement is not restricted, unlike ball heads that have a separate rotary control. Don't overload it and you'll probably be happy with this inexpensive…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Operating speed
