Great call center software with room still left

I like that it has an easy interface, which makes managing my team easier than other platforms out there! The lack of integrations is what's holding me back from recommending this in its current state. If they can integrate some more third party applications (and maybe even have their own) then we could be golden here. We use richcall for our customer service department at work.
