Disappointing Performance, Not Worth the Hype

After trying this product, I am deeply unimpressed with its performance. The chains are overly complicated to install and do not provide the EXPECTED traction on icy roads .The pro is that they claim to be easy to use, but in reality, they are far from it. The cons include the lack of performance, the hassle involved in installation, and the overall disappointment it brings to my automotive experience. I would not recommend this product for anyone in need of reliable tire chains..

Pros
  • Easy installation and removal
Cons
  • Require frequent adjustments for optimal performance

We had a set of 17" snow tires instead of 18" and thought we could use those. With the tire off the car and in the cold garage, it took us two to put them on with difficulty. So I decided to return. There was no postage on the return slip and they were supposed to go to England. They cost almost as much to ship as…
