The only pro is a simple installation process. The cons outweigh any convenience since it can`t handle exposure to water, rendering it utterly useless in the boating and sailing environment. save yourself the headache and choose something more reliable..

High quality rocker switch. Arrived on time in its own box. Installation guide included and easy to use. The only downside is that you get 3 cable jacks (same size) to complete the installation. The plug attached to the back of the fuse box is one size smaller than the cable sockets received. It fits a little loosely, but it works after a little pinching with needle nose pliers. I wrapped it in black wire for extra protection. Still 5 star rating.
