never mind for a while

when i started using it it worked fine. Good clear sound, quick assembly, sits comfortably on the neck. Sound quality has dropped to almost nothing though, one earbud is basically dead, but unless you plug both in it's going to be harder to hear anything on the other side/headphone. I work in the post office and travel a lot so this should have helped free my hands. I stopped using it.

Wonderful. when they work.

If you are looking for a headset that will last forever, then this headset is for you! For some they can last a year and for someone a month. In my case, it took about 6 months for the left side to stop working after using it for about an hour a day. Surprisingly, old LG Tone models last longer than many new ones! Fortunately, this model was quite cheap. If you are willing to take the risk, I strongly recommend that you take out a guarantee.

Best quality in town

This is the most affordable wireless headset. The battery seems to last forever (although it lasted a bit longer on my older model. The neck wear feature means you'll never lose it (unlike every other pair I've lost). These headphone cables are longer than on older models, and fit into a magnetic socket on the neck. Compared to earlier models, the wires don't stick out like some kind of extraterrestrial antenna. Much more discreet than on older models. Nice feature that I recommend you, like…

Non-authentic LG product according to LG warranty/repair department

Non-authentic LG product according to LG warranty/repair department Bought these LG 780s new but they arrived and didn't look new but worked perfect. A few months later, they left an earpiece that had no sound. I submitted a repair request to LG and sent it to the LG repair department. LG returned them the SAME DAY YOU RECEIVED them and will not repair them as they were repaired with NON LG parts according to the summary LG repair receipt in the shipping box. My headphones are still broken and…

- What? Got your head in a bucket?

I bought this headset to replace the LG HBS750 headset which lost a channel after about a year. I was very happy with it and thought the HBS780 could be a good upgrade. It seems suitable for listening to music. The sound quality is about as good as you'd expect from headphones, and after 20 years of working with jet engines, my hearing isn't that good. The music sounds good enough for me. As a phone headset, it's a different story. My wife's comments follow the line "What are you talking…

It's ok.: Headphones

I was very glad to finally have (some kind of) wireless headphones so I wouldn't be distracted from my work. The sound is ok, not the best as I have wired Bose noise canceling headphones. This works if you work in a less noisy environment. The worst thing about this headset for me is that the earcups often fall out even if I don't turn my head. I don't know if it's the material of the silicone eartips or if my ears are really waxing because that doesn't happen with other headphones. I tried…

Annoyingly thin wires, less reliable than older models.

I used to have the HBS 730 and HBS 750 headphones and based all my positive/negative reviews on comparing the three models. Pros: - I really like their smoothness. design, tucked into a neckerchief with nubs. Neither of these headsets are great fashion accessories, but they at least manage to keep the extra weight off. I've seen complaints of them falling out due to the design, but in 10 months of use this was a rare issue unless I was wearing extra layers of clothing for the headset to get…
