We love this bento box for the easy packing and cleaning. We hand wash each day, and have had no issues with leaking. I recommend this size bento box for kids age 4-7. Our daughter isn't a huge eater (age 6) and this product has the right compartments for portion sizes for her. In my opinion, it would been too small for older kids or those with a big appetite. You can strategically cram a full sandwich into the box, but it's not easy and takes away from other compartments.

The lid is a bit tight to get off and on. My 8 year old sometimes struggles with it. The biggest portion holds two Hawaiian roll sandwiches which is nice but you won’t get a sandwich with regular bread in there with unless you figure out a way to cut it, but usually ends up with the sandwich in two sections. I would not buy again.

I love this silly little Bento box! It’s such a life saver when packing my daughters lunch each morning. I always hand washed it until one day when the dishes were piling up and my little one just wanted to play with me. I put it in the top rack of the dish washer and ever since then, the lid is warped and it doesn’t fit like it used to - I am SO bummed! We have never washed in a dishwasher. Has not been in the microwave. For some reason the corners on the Box have become warped. Also the lid is very hard to open for little kids. I would not buy this again. The only things I like are the portion sizes and the included silverware.

My 5yo daughter is on the spectrum and has problems with foods touching. We’ve bought other bento boxes (name brand and not) and the portion sizes are either too big or too small, or they leave, etc. we got this one for the new school year and so far we have had no problems. Silicone cupcake liners fit well in the spaces too! As for it being leakproof-it’s pretty solidly sealed! Sometimes it’s hard to pry open but worth it!

I really want to love these. I got the 3 pack and all 3 have a defect where the lid will not sit snuggly flush in the middle, no matter how hard I push down, no matter how I attempt to place the lid on. Some portions you can get snuggly down but will pop up during any transit. It's a good thing they have the clasps because I don't think the lids would stay on without them. Other than that they are serviceable.

We have a few Bentgo boxes like this my son enjoys this one because of the side dish sides. It is not super red though it is a little pinker than fire truck.

Durable lunchbox, good portion sizes except can only fit half a sandwich. Biggest complaint is that it is very difficult to get the lid on and close, even for myself. Bought 2 with high hopes, we’ve only used them a few times and my kids are already requesting to go back to their former cheapo lunchboxes with lids that are easier to get back on. Unfortunately ended up wasting a lot of money on these.

At first when we received the lunch box we loved it , it was the right size with enough compartments for my daughters meals . after a couple of months from using it . we have noticed that the lid is becoming bent and doesn’t close easily . very disappointed with this . now it’s open from all corners and doesn’t seal properly.

I can make lunches 2 or 3 days ahead and the individually sealed compartments keep everything fresh. Love this bento box! Perfect size! Washes well and doesn’t leak. Keeps food fresh.. Love these!
