It worked great but some of the fixtures didn’t line up correctly when I N put it together, so we had to hammer it in at the top to get the piles Marie enough to fit the base. It is god and sturdy but I can’t take mine apart any more.

We bought this rack but didn’t open it until after to 30 days for our garage sale. We received the wrong part inside the box and immediately call the manufacturer. They were amazing and sent out the part the same day. When we received the replacement bar, it still wasn’t the correct bar. Once again there was no hassle and they immediately sent the correct part. Because of the over and above customer service, this company gets a 5 star!

The rack is really strong and was fairly straight-forward to put together. It took a little finesse to attach the bar the wheels are attached to onto the center bottom support as the holes for the screws did not line up accurately. Order was important it turns out (although not listed on the instructions). The innermost screw inserted first will cause the outer hole to finally line up enough that you can work the screw into place. The first one on each side is not easy though, it takes some…

Bought 2. Daughter hangs a ton of clothes on these. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Had to send one back for having 2 male bottom support bars instead of male/female. It was replaced immediately and it's all good.
