Potent Substances: Fish and Aquatic Pets

I've always found this to work better than a chemical cleaner, but the buyer should be cautious about using it in a nano aquarium due to its strength use.

Pros
  • Not Just Useful for Intended Purpose
Cons
  • High Price

Stop Cyano quickly and efficiently.

Worked quickly to clear up a systemic outbreak of cyanobacteria. No fish. Coral or invertebrate death during or after treatment.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Confusing

I have this on hand

I have a 120 gallon reef tank. I have had outbreaks of "red algae" several times. This is the best I have found for getting rid of it quickly with no harm to the fish or coral.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Almost OK

Double the recommended dose. Works like a charm

Recommended dosage 2x and no cyano within 48 hours. A week has passed and still nothing, thanks blue life USA. WORKS PERFECTLY! didn't bother my crustaceans, anemones, corals or fish.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Negative result available

Works perfectly. Dose according to instructions

Works great, but in the end you have to find the source of the algae bloom. I overdid it and ended up with a skimmer three times the size of my aquarium. Dose as instructed. I lost a few corals during the flowering process.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Damaged

Overall very happy with the product

When I first used it the red cyano disappeared after 3 days. Used again after a few months and done next to nothing. Overall very happy with the product. I had to make some adjustments to the maintenance of my aquarium so the second time was more likely my fault.

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Can't remember but something was

Effing Amazing! for fish and aquatic animals

Most red algae disappeared in less than 2 days, really bad spots took 1-2 days longer. Other algaecides I've tried before didn't work, so maybe that made me appreciate this stuff a lot more. No effect on soft corals or invertebrates. The only thing that died was the red algae.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • infinitely lethargic

Great product BUT pay attention to the specs

It really eliminated the cyano BUT be careful and watch out for the pH and alkalinity especially on sensitive corals which caused a lot of shaking as a result. Have water on hand for at least 25% water changes. In addition, when using this product, be sure to point the print head at the surface of the aquarium to avoid low oxygen problems caused by this.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Some cons

Cyano passed on the 1st try

I've been struggling with slime for several months. They tried changing the water, reducing the top dressing, and reducing the lighting. Nothing helped, so I finally gave up. This product removed the mucus in just a few days on the first try. Didn't harm any of my animals (seahorses); they seemed completely indifferent. I removed the cup from the protein skimmer so I could still get oxygen, but I didn't remove the product. Bring it back in three days with a 25% water change and the aquarium…

Pros
  • So far I'm satisfied
Cons
  • I'll write later
