What did I pay for? The product is a complete failure.

As a gesture of goodwill, I was given a coupon for four hundred dollars, even though the cost of a new wire was six hundred. They countered my suggestion to change the wire by suggesting that I get a refund instead. Although the money has not been given back as of yet, it will have been a month soon.

Pros
  • The broken wire was then painstakingly attached to the glue gun using glue.
Cons
  • Because the package was opened before delivery, the charging wire was damaged.
