Very user friendly and useful when working in distributed environment

The ease to use back trace for any issue we face from our applications or even other third party applications. The support team also provides all required information within few hours which really help us resolve issues fastly. I have not faced anything so far as it's very easy tool to work with. Pros
  • Easy debugging

It's the one product I can't do without to track bugs!

The product allows me to track down issues across our entire stack which has really helped us identify potential problems earlier than we would have without it! Pros
  • Great system that helps find exactly where your data is leaking in terms between layers, makes things easier as far debugging goes because now its less scattered among different services unlike when i tracked errors previously using separate tools per environment
Cons
  • There are troubles
