As described. on my review.

These wheels and bearings made my girlfriend very happy since the harder material rolls much faster than her previous wheels. The bearing seals don't seem like good quality but they were easy to get off and back in so I could oil the bearings.

Great Price for Replacement Wheels and Bearings

So before my boyfriend put these on we rolled them in our hands and they all rolled really fast but one. We notice a bearing was not smooth on that wheel but I tried them anyways. We were happy that my old wheel speed was rated a 3 and these where rated a 9, if I remember correctly. They were faster but the wheel made a very loud clomping sound everytime my foot hit the ground but after riding over an hour the noise was barley noticeable.
