I needed lower n upper support the middle and lower straps fold and roll in the creases if the straps were more sturdy they would stay in place concept amazing needs upgrades

I was excited to get this and it was great but the bands keep sliding out of place so that extra support isn’t there at all, also I feel like instead of support in the duos are I feel like it’s actually giving me more of a fupa than anything else and it already creasing in the back.I now kinda wish I’d spend my money on another trainer instead of this one. This is more for someone who has a flat stomach abut won’t to smooth things out .

Just got it bought it in a large and it was big I was able to set it to the tightest setting. Wasn't expecting that since I have gained some weight since sitting at home but I will still use it and purchase a medium so I could have longer and more use out of it.

Ok so i bought a XL and i was able to fit it on the last hook the tightest one but it’s a little big like it has a nice stretch which is good but i need a L and start sizing down from there

I bought the wrong size but the other one I had worked great and fits snug at first but soon you’ll be able to adjust it more.

Way bigger then I expected. Didn't have the size I needed had to opt for a 3x and I needed a 2x. The length was spot on though. The Velcro bands slip and curl out of place and the actual vest bends and folds making me look pregnant rather than together. I still use it to sweat and that works just fine. If they had my size I would try it again but that is debatable.

I am 5'11 and have a long torso. I have tried other waist trainers similar to this one and they are always too short for my torso. I just got this one today, put it on and it is perfect.

I have a size 36 to 37 inch waist and a xl worked perfect. When fastened and straps tightened it gives a very snug feel when wearing. Also helps with back as light to medium back brace.

I absolutely love this. I sweat very quickly in this which is why I purchased it. I'm using it more as a sweat belt than an actual corset waist trainer. I am 5'9 1/2 and this fits my long torso with no issue. This slims me down and hides well under clothing. I ordered a medium and it was super easy to get on and loved how I can make the straps really tight.

I like the quality and it is very comfortable but was larger than expected and is very loose! Otherwise i would have given it a 5 star rating!

I'm 206.7bls and I bought a size XL and its a little Snug, going to try it for 2 more days and see how it feels , I will update soon
