The printed label is hard to peel. Name brand was always like this and price here is substantially less so I am just helping you make an informed choice. This is only true for the white tape I bought. The multi color pack DOES HAVE the easy peel backing.

Cartridge installed perfectly and printed as expected. Bonus was much easier to remove backing than Brothers cartridge. Glad I bought this product.

This tape does the trick, it prints nicely and the adhesive is good, but it is pretty thin, and therefore it is really hard to remove the backing. I will probably pay the extra couple of dollars next time to get the name brand.

All of the labels I have made are peeling off and I make a lot of them for labeling cables and equipment. Not one has stayed on so the entire pack is trash.

The labelife M-K231 fit and work perfect on my Brother label maker. Instead of bending a corner and then bending it the opposite way to release the tape from the paper, the Labelife backing is precut. Just fold the tape lenghtwise with the backing on the outside to separate the 2 strips of backing. The tape attaches to pastics very well. I attach some labels to my weed and fertilizer sprayers and left them outside under a plant table, but the sun faded the letter rather rapidly. That darn sun…

Unlike actual P-Touch tape, this knock-off has a very difficult process to remove the backing tape. On official P-Touch tape, you can easily peel off the backing at either end. That is not the case on this knock-off. After you print and cut, you have to fold the strip length-wise in order to remove the backing tape. It is hard to find and harder to peel off. Other than that, the tape dispenses and prints like it should. However, be aware of peeling frustrations that will soon come.

Overall, the product works, has a slightly lighter print quality than the previous tape brand used, but still satisfactory.

This is a great value for your replacement labeler tapes. The tapes are a bit tricky to de-paper, but they adhere well and stay put (even if you need to readjust placement).

While I may have received a bad batch, the print quality was unacceptable and the labels did not flow well through our machine.

For the price this is a good buy vs brand name labels. Product says laminated but does not have same laminate as actual brand of Brother labels. Ink faded a bit after getting wet. (I labeled travel shower bottles) would buy again for price but would try different options is using to get wet
