You get what you pay for I suppose
I'm 5'5" and I had a hard time walking AND running on this treadmill. The width of the tread is very slim and I found myself stepping on the front of the treadmill quite often due to the placement of the handles. This type of treadmill would be good for someone who doesn't have a lot of money to spend - that being the main reason I purchased it. However, do yourself a favor and just go for a more expensive treadmill with a wider and longer tread if you can.I planned on returning this product, but it needed the original packaging and I was going to have to pay extra for international shipping. Not worth the hassle!
