This folder feels soft, seems the padding under the cover is thick. It bends easily, not as firm I as thought. You can't write on top of the cover easily on a single sheet unless you pad the top or write gently or the pen will poke through the paper. The stitching line around the folder is neatly done. Inside, it has a pocket to hold large paper pad and small pockets for other misc. storages.One thing I dislike about it is this folder has a strong plastic odor.As for the price, I think this is overpriced.As for the price, I think this is over priced.
