Everything came whole, excellent tray With its pros: Price, size is suitable for large cats (not as large as Maine Coons, but large ones). Easy to open and clean, comes with a sifting spatula. Different cons: The cat flatly refused to go through the door. I had to take it off. The spatula provided is not suitable for removing wet litter
