Review on Synthetic motor oil ZIC X9 FE 5W-30, 4 l, 1 pcs by Mateusz Odachowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

Hydrocracked oil with the latest additive package. Perfect for turbocharged engines, as well. meets the latest requirements of the API SP standard, which is characterized by additional protection against LSPI (the effect of self-ignition of the fuel mixture during its compression at low speeds and loads). Imported oil of similar properties from other manufacturers (especially from the most famous ones) is much more expensive.

Pros
  • The minimum price for a good imported oil with a viscosity grade of 5W-30 that meets the requirements of API SP and ACEA A5 / B5 standards. Has official vehicle manufacturer approvals Ford WSS-M2C913-D, Jaguar-Land Rover STJLR 03.5003 and Renault-Nissan RN 0700.
Cons
  • It fully complies with the SAE 5W-30 viscosity class, but has no solidification margin (loses fluidity at -36). In the North and in Siberia, this oil is not suitable for winter. But in the middle lane, this oil for winter, on the contrary, is preferable, because. refers to oils that lose fluidity "dramatically" (when the maximum temperature for it is reached), but at frosts of -30 it showed higher fluidity compared to most oils of the 5W-30 viscosity class. Simulated cold crank viscosity CCS at -30 = 4237 mPas, which is an excellent result, with a margin to meet SAE 5W requirements (<6600 mPas).
