After 2 months: I will attribute thin blades to disadvantages, because when cutting hard products, the blade "plays", the cut is uncertain. Sharpness does not last long. The musat included in the kit made of ordinary stainless steel, which feels less solid than knife blades, rules weakly. The knife with double sharpening has a backlash of fastening of a handle, rivets tap. By itself, the double knife turned out to be of little use, bread cuts better with a utility knife, easily and without crumbs, when well sharpened. Blades are chipping - see blade photo.
