I have waited 6 weeks to write my review so I could have a true review. I bought these and bought the Tuli Heavy Duty GEL Heel Cups from another site. Find myself grabbing the Gel ones as the go to pair. Have been dealing with bruised heels (one worse than the other) for 3 months. Was using ice, compression, elevation, insoles, ibuprofen and NO walking barefoot or on flipflops. An absolute pain to deal with and just little improvement over time.Then I read about Tuli Heel cups and for $11 thought it was worth a shot. UNBELIEVABLE! The relief was instant for me. THANK YOU to whomever makes Tuli Heel cups. I can tell that my heels are just about healed after 6 weeks and I am so grateful. So I use these in comfortable shoes walking around the house, but go for the "GEL" Heavy Duty heel cups when hiking, walking outside etc.The ribbed part on the bottom seems to do what the tissue under my feet is supposed to be doing, but because they are bruised my feet are unable to. It took a couple of days to get used to but the relief of pain and not having to land on the front of my feet anymore is fabulous.I read some reviews where people say that they move around in their shoes. They don't at all for me and they are super easy to rinse off at the end of the day. They have a lifetime guaranty and I can see why. Am now a HUGE fan and will get an extra pair of the gel style. I also want to make clear that I did not get paid or get a discount to review this product (seems so common these days and I often wonder).Highly recommend these (and especially the "Tuli's Heavy Duty GEL Heel Cups") for anyone with heel pain, hopefully they will work for you as well as they do for me.
